Software for private clinics

Every sheet of paper in the clinic gets one place in the record.

From the appointment book on the reception desk to the prescription, the treatment plan, the invoice and the stock movement — atmta clinic records each step in the same patient file, with defined permissions for every member of the team and a visible trace behind every change.

Today's paper, before it becomes a record

What actually changes

From paper to record

Nothing on this list is new to your clinic; these are jobs you already do every day. What changes is that the trace no longer lives on a sheet that can go missing.

01

On paper todayAn appointment book on the reception desk

In the recordA schedule per doctor and per clinicBooking, confirmation, rescheduling and arrival on one screen for the working day, instead of call-backs and corrections in pen.
02

On paper todayA cardboard folder per patient in the cabinet

In the recordOne patient file that holds every visitHistory, previous visits, measurements and attachments in one place you can read during the examination itself.
03

On paper todayA handwritten prescription and a photo of it on a phone

In the recordA prescription printed from the visit recordMedicines chosen from a defined list with their doses, and a copy of every prescription stays attached to the visit it was issued in.
04

On paper todayA treatment plan folded inside the file

In the recordA staged plan you can followSessions, remaining steps and what was actually carried out, so any doctor in the clinic knows where the patient stands before starting.
05

On paper todayA receipt book and a collections notebook

In the recordAn invoice and a payment record per visitServices delivered, amounts paid and what remains, in Egyptian pounds, with reporting for revenue, expenses, salaries and suppliers.
06

On paper todayA stock count at the end of the month

In the recordStock that moves with each serviceMaterials, suppliers and purchase orders, with materials mapped to services so you know the real cost of a service and low-stock alerts arrive in time.

The path of a visit

One day in the clinic, from the desk to the follow-up

The order matters: each step hands the next one data that is already there, instead of every person rewriting what the person before them wrote.

  1. Reception

The desk books the appointment and opens the file before the patient walks in, so the doctor finds the essentials already on screen.

  2. Examination

The doctor records the visit, the diagnosis, the prescription and the treatment plan from one screen, and prints what the patient needs before they leave the chair.

  3. Settlement

The services delivered become an invoice, the payment is recorded, and what was consumed comes off the stock in the same movement.

  4. Follow-up

The next appointment and the remainder of the treatment plan stay visible to the whole team, not in one person's memory or on a note on the desk.

Permissions

Each role sees what it needs, and nothing beyond it

The doctor

Visits, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans and the full patient file, with an assistant that reads the file alongside them when it is wanted.

The front desk

Appointments, patient intake, invoicing and collection — with no access to clinical content.

Clinic management

Revenue, expenses, salaries, stock and cost per service, plus an audit trail showing who changed what and when.

Control and responsibility

Patient data needs more than a password

A clinic answers for its patients' data, so the system is built on one rule: no access without permission, and no change without a trace.

Role-level permissions
Each group is granted a named set of permissions, and anything not granted explicitly stays denied.
An audit trail
Creation, edits and deletion are recorded with the user and the time, so they can be revisited in any dispute or review.
Multiple clinics, kept apart
Each clinic's data stays separate, and the subscription sets how many clinics and how large a team are allowed.
Clear boundaries for AI
The assistant reads, summarises and suggests. It does not prescribe and it does not confirm a diagnosis; the final clinical decision belongs to the treating physician.

Subscription

You pay for the capacity you use

A subscription is built from the number of clinics, the size of the team and the capabilities you choose. Prices and limits shown are read straight from the subscription catalog, so what the page shows is what applies.
