Appointments
Main → Appointments
The working day as a list: who arrived, who did not, who has paid. Open an appointment to change its time, its doctor or its state, and open the visit straight from it. A finished appointment moves to Completed so it stops crowding today's list.
The whole file for one patient: details, medical history, bookings, past visits and account. Search by name, phone or code; every edit to the file stays recorded under the name of whoever made it.
Everything written in the room, in date order: diagnosis, prescription, requests, sick leave and follow-up plan. Each visit prints on the clinic's letterhead as a single sheet to hand the patient.
Drugs and prescriptions
Clinical → Drug management
A drug directory searchable in Arabic or English, a list of your own favourites so they come first, and whole prescription templates recalled by name instead of typing the same five medicines for every similar case.
Lab and radiology
Clinical → Lab tests / Radiology
Requests raised from a defined list with the doctor's note on each one, and templates for the sets you order often, saved under a single name. Requests appear inside the visit and print with it.
Payments
Finance → Payments
Two views: what is outstanding (pending or partly paid) and what is settled. Search by the patient's name or phone; recording the payment with its method — cash, or a transfer with its number — closes the account and shows in the reports the same moment.
Inventory
Finance → Inventory
Materials with a purchase unit, a consumption unit and the ratio between them, a minimum stock level and a reorder point, suppliers and purchase invoices, and every movement of a material with the quantity before and after it. Tying a service to its materials takes them off stock when it is performed, instead of a monthly count from memory.
Expenses
Finance → Expenses
The clinic's costs line by line: title, category, vendor, amount, payment date, method and state, with categories that carry a default recurrence for the fixed monthly ones. A small panel shows the month's spend, what is due and what is overdue.
Reports and analytics
Admin → Analytics
The clinic's own numbers from its own data: revenue and the top-earning services, new against returning patients, peak hours and days of the week, the most frequent complaints, and how patients are distributed. Cost accounting sets revenue against costs and gives a profit-and-loss statement, the margin, and revenue by doctor or by service.
The clinic assistant
Admin → AI assistant
A conversation that works on your clinic's data: it summarises a patient file, prepares a draft note, or answers a question about the record. A draft is not committed to the file until the person responsible has read it and accepted it, and the messages used are shown under AI usage.
Staff and permissions
Admin → Staff
The doctors' and assistants' accounts, the clinics each one works in, and its permissions in each clinic separately. A permission is granted or withdrawn on the spot, and a suspended account opens nothing.
Audit log
Admin → Audit log
Who did what and when, with the data as it was before the change and as it became after. It is what settles a disagreement about a figure or a time, and it cannot be edited from inside the system.
Settings and subscription
Admin → Settings
The account owner's details and role, the subscription's state, its monthly amount and its expiry date, and the way in to the clinic and staff settings. Your subscription's limits — clinics, doctors, assistants, monthly bookings and file capacity — are written here before you run into them.
