About us

We build the clinic's register, not a dashboard.

atmta clinic is a management system for private clinics in Egypt: appointments, patient files, prescriptions, treatment plans and invoices in one place. We start from the way a clinic is already run — the booking book, the patient's file, the receipt — and write that, so the people who do the work can still read it and nobody has to learn a new profession to use the software.

What we judge by

Four principles we judge every screen by

Not slogans: each one shows up as a concrete decision inside the system, and you can see it in the user guide and on the subscription worksheet.

The register comes before the screen

Every screen is designed from the piece of paper it stands in for: the booking book, the patient's file, the prescription, the receipt. Someone who knows the job on paper knows it on the screen on the first day, which makes training a session rather than a course.

Arabic is the original, not a translation

The interface is written in Arabic first and reads right to left, in the words an Egyptian clinic actually uses. The English version is complete for those who prefer it, but it does not govern how the Arabic is worded.

The AI drafts; the doctor decides

The booking assistant and the clinic assistant prepare a draft: a suggested time, a tidied note. Nothing is committed to a patient's file until the person responsible has read it and accepted it, and the clinical decision stays with the treating doctor alone.

No figure without a reason written beside it

A subscription is built line by line: clinics, doctors, assistants, the monthly booking limit, patient file capacity. You see the price of each line before you add it up, and nothing is charged until you have agreed the total in writing.

In practice

How we work

One team writes the system and answers questions about it. We do not sell features that do not exist: what the user guide describes is what works today.

Changes arrive in small releases

Updates are small and frequent, and screens the front desk already knows are not rebuilt without a reason. Anything that touches the working day is explained before it arrives.

Support answers from inside the system

The reply comes from a team that knows the screen you are asking about, and asks for your request or booking number instead of asking you to explain from the beginning.

Your data belongs to your clinic

Each clinic's data is separate and access follows the role: the assistant sees what reception needs, the doctor sees the clinical file. Patient data is not used for any marketing and is not shared with anyone else.

Read the system before you subscribe to it

The user guide is open to everyone without an account: every section, step by step, as it appears in the clinic. And the worksheet prices a subscription line by line before you talk to anyone.
