Subscription and cost
A subscription built from lines, not packages.
There is no silver plan and no gold plan. Your subscription is the sum of lines you set yourself: how many clinics, which doctor tier, which assistant tier, the booking limit per cycle and the patient-file capacity — plus two optional AI lines. Set each line and the total moves with you; the same selection reaches our team exactly as you left it.
Subscriptions start from
500 EGP
One clinic, one doctor, one assistant, and the smallest booking and patient-file tiers: the least the system runs on.
For a limited time
A discount on every line of the subscription
The discount applies to the total of the lines you choose in the worksheet below: you see the price before it and the price after it, and what you pay each month is the second figure. The percentage is set from the site's own admin, so when the offer ends every line returns to its catalog price without anything you selected changing.

The percentage is already inside the total below, and it reaches our team with your request exactly as you saw it.
The worksheet
Set each line
Every price in this worksheet is read from the same subscription catalog the software bills against, so what you work out here is what the quote will say. Core lines open at their smallest tier; optional lines start off until you add them.
Clinics
core300 EGPPriced per clinic or branch. The booking limit and the patient-file capacity are counted per clinic, so a second branch does not spend the first one's allowance.
Doctors
core250 EGPThe tier counts the owning doctor: "1 doctor" is the owner's own account, "3 doctors" is the owner plus two colleagues.
Assistants
core150 EGPFront-desk and assisting accounts. Each person signs in as themselves with their own permissions, and every consequential edit keeps their name against it.
Lines chosen for each clinic separately
The number of clinics on the first line opens a panel for each one. The booking limit, the patient-file capacity and the two AI lines are counted per clinic, so a quiet branch is never charged for a busy branch’s tier and a second branch does not spend the first one’s allowance. Set each branch as it actually works, or copy the first clinic’s setup across when the two are identical.

Clinic 1
Monthly Bookings
coreThe booking limit for one subscription cycle, counted per clinic. The team sees how much is used on the booking screen, and once the limit is reached no new booking is recorded until the tier is raised.
Patients Capacity
coreA running capacity, not a monthly one: the number is the clinic's total patient files, and a file stays counted after it is created.
AI Booking
optionalThe AI receptionist. An access line rather than a number: switched on for a clinic, its use is visible on the in-app usage screen, and it can be added or dropped without touching any other line.
AI Assistant
optionalThe clinical assistant inside the software. It supports the doctor's work; the clinical decision and the responsibility for it stay with the treating physician.
How it is billed
How this worksheet becomes a subscription
There is no card field on this page. What you set above reaches our team as it stands, and is activated once payment is recorded.
Set the lines
Choose the tier for each line and watch it land twice: on the line itself, and in the month's total beside it.
Send the selection
The button carries the lines and the total straight into the request form, so nothing is retyped and no one in the office reads a different number than you did.
We check it with you
The team confirms the lines and how you'd like to pay. If your practice needs a shape this worksheet cannot express, we look at it on its own terms.
It goes live, and changes from inside
Once payment is recorded the clinic opens with the agreed limits. Raising a limit later is requested from inside the software and reviewed by our admin team.
In every subscription
In every subscription, whatever the lines say
The whole record
Appointments, patient files, visits, prescriptions, treatment plans, invoices, payments, stock and reports. Nothing is sold as a separate module — the lines above set the size, not the feature list.
Permissions and a trail
Everyone on the team has their own account and permissions, and every consequential edit is recorded with who made it and when.
Arabic first
The interface, the reports and the printouts are Arabic and right-to-left; English is available with the same functionality for those who prefer it.
Limits you see coming
Every limit in the subscription has a usage indicator inside the software, so work never stops on a surprise at the end of the month.
About paying
Paying for it
What is the smallest possible subscription?
One clinic, the smallest tier of every core line, and nothing optional. The figure at the top of this page is worked out from exactly that, and moves if the catalog does.
Are the prices in Egyptian pounds?
Yes. Every price in the worksheet is in EGP, charged monthly per subscription cycle.
What happens when the booking limit or the file capacity is reached?
The limit is real, not a warning: the team can see how much is used before it arrives, and once it is reached no new booking or new patient file is recorded. The owning doctor requests a higher tier from inside the software, and our admin team activates it once payment is recorded.
Can the lines change after we start?
Yes. Raising a limit is requested from inside the software and appears to our admin team for review; lowering a limit you already have is arranged with us.
Do we need the AI lines to run the clinic?
No. Both are optional and start off, and the clinic runs completely without them. When they are on, the clinical decision and the responsibility for it remain with the treating physician.
We have more than one branch — how is that counted?
Raise the number of clinics on the first line of the worksheet. The doctor and assistant tiers count across the whole subscription, while the booking limit and the patient-file capacity are counted per clinic.
