We reply within one working day, Sunday to Thursday. Sending this charges nothing: a subscription starts only after you have read the figures and agreed to them.

After you send

Three steps, and the clinic is working

  1. We read the sheet you sent

    Your chosen lines are attached to the request, so whoever answers already knows the size of the clinic, how many doctors and assistants you need and what booking limit you picked. We do not open the conversation by asking what you have already answered.

  2. We reply with the figures in writing

    One message on the channel you chose, with the monthly total, the figure against each line and what is included at that size — plus a straight answer to anything you wrote in the notes.

  3. You agree, and we set the clinic up with you

    Once you agree we create the clinic, the owner account and the team accounts, then walk the first working day with you: entering the doctors, setting working hours, and taking the first booking.
